I thought you all might be interested in a 5 year over view of what has been happening in the Marin Market. As you can see in the past few weeks buyers have been coming out of the wood work getting into contract which explains the rise in pendings. We are even seeing multiple offer situation. We still have very low listing inventory standing at around 3 months worth. However, we are feeling confident more inventory will be coming on with the Spring market approaching. Pat and Ken specialize in selling real estate in Southern Marin for over 27 years. If you are considering to buy, or sell we would be happy to have a confidential meeting with you. As one can see Marin has very little inventory, and with buyers feeling we are at the bottom, and celebrities like Warren Buffet saying its a great time to buy. We are noticing multiple offers on some properties. More importantly its important to be working with agents like Pat Montag and Ken Dara who know about the properties not on the market. Half of what we sold last year was from off market transactions. Call to discuss working with Pat and Ken 415.425.3626
